How I work
Four ways to have me in your kitchen. You decide how much you do.
In all of them I propose the menu, after a short call. What changes is how often I come and who does the shopping.

I come one day, cook the whole week and leave it ready in your fridge, labelled by night and with the temperature.
You buy the groceries from the list I send. I propose the menu.

Every morning
I arrive in the morning and cook that day's food. Fresh, nothing reheated.
You buy the groceries. I propose the menu and tell you what's missing.

Either of the two above, but I do the shopping as well.

The wine
Can be added to any of the four.
I choose the bottles for the menu, bring them at the right temperature and tell you why that one and not another. And if the answer is a very cold beer, I'll tell you that too.
